The Column Collection from Archive Studio has a ribbed structure on the outside. Because color pigments are mixed with the still liquid clay in the initial process, both the inside and the outside have the same color tone. The dark gray products have a protective glaze on the inside. The light products also have an enamel coating on the outside, because these color tones are sensitive to staining. Despite the difference in finish, the dark gray products combine nicely with the light products.
